Join myself and Mary Hargraves for our 3rd year at the luxurious Stage Neck Inn in York, Maine. Relax and restore the mind, body and spirit with tranquil views overlooking the ocean. Enjoy daily gentle yoga, meditation, Restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing. Workshops and practices to help you transition into the Fall season. Chairs are provided for those who prefer chair yoga. Relax in the indoor pool and jacuzzi or enjoy a variety of spa treatments. Pricing includes room with a balcony and fireplace, delicious buffet breakfast, daily yoga, workshop, use of the indoor pool, jacuzzi and outdoor fire pit.
