Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice that uses different musical implements to create healing vibrations around the body in a meditative state. Sound healing is effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation but it also has a way of moving through blockages in the body. It has been known to help reduce stress, anxiety and promote better sleep.
Sound healing can be practiced live or through Zoom, and it can also be combined with Reiki.
Balance | Let Go
Reiki can be practiced in person or via distance. Reiki universal energy connects on our spiritual and energetic levels. Distant Reiki sessions work because energy is not limited by distance. Distance is only a physical limitation, so sessions can be done without being physically present. We are all connected, as we are all energy matter and part of a larger whole. Some benefits of Reiki healing energy include promoting harmony and balance in mind body and spirit, relaxes and releases tension, reduces pain, supports immune system and helps you sleep better to name a few.
Relax | Reset
Students lie comfortably in Savasana in this simple but profoundly immersive practice where you'll be systematically guided into a complete state of relaxation. Yoga Nidra calms the body, reduces stress and leaves you feeling refreshed. Followed by a soothing sound bath experience with Tibetan and Crystal Bowls.
Virtual class the first Sunday of the month 7-8:15pm. No meditation experience necessary.

Stretch | Strengthen | Release
This Kripalu based Hatha practice is the perfect accessible class for students looking for a meaningful mind-body experience on the mat. By moving more slowly with our breath and holding poses with awareness, we are better able to see what our bodies need in the moment. Get ready to stretch and strengthen your body.
